The Cochrane Neonatal Review Group has been funded in part with Federal funds from the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development National Institutes of Health, Department of Health and Human Services, USA, under Contract No. HHSN267200603418C.
Dr. Arne Ohlsson was the original coordinator of our hand searching activities. He is no longer able to continue in this particular role, but continues on as an invaluable member of the Cochrane Neonatal Review Group (CNRG). In addition to his role in the CNRG, he was also Director of the Canadian Cochrane Centre until January 2005.
Collaboration with the Cochrane Pregnancy & Childbirth Review Group continues. Communication and sharing of information between our editorial groups is a valuable asset.
Prof. Malcolm Levene served as Regional Coordinator, UK/Europe for the Neonatal Review Group until August 1999. Unfortunately he was unable to continue in this role. He promoted the Cochrane agenda in UK/Europe as well as helped to identify reviewers and support them in their efforts.
Prof. Andrew Whitelaw served as Regional Coordinator, UK/Europe for the Neonatal Review Group until May 2003. Unfortunately he was unable to continue in this role. Prof. Whitelaw was one of our earlier reviewers, with several reviews in our module. His contributions have been greatly valued both as a reviewer and supporter of our activities.
Ms. Sandra Costa served as Trials Search Coordinator for the Neonatal Review Group 1996-2001.
Mrs. Bharati Purohit served as Trials Search Coordinator for the Neonatal Review Group 2001-2006.
Both Sandra and Bharati were active contributors to the work of the Neonatal Review Group. In particular, their work in the development and ongoing management of our Specialized Register and hand searching activities was invaluable.
